DoctorsHandover is designed from the ground up to collect as little data as possible.
We do not collect any personal data. No names, email addresses, NHS numbers, or identifiable information of any kind are requested or stored. All handover submissions are anonymous by design.
Submitted handovers contain only the information you choose to provide: trust name, specialty, grade, year, hours, pay range, EPR system, star ratings, workload label, and free-text description. None of this is linked to any individual.
Handover data is stored in a Google Sheets database. Google LLC acts as a data processor on our behalf. Google's privacy policy applies to that storage. We do not share this data with any third parties.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. The site uses browser localStorage solely to cache handover data for faster loading and to remember which handovers you found helpful. This data never leaves your device.
Because we hold no personal data linked to you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have a concern about a specific submission, please contact us and we will review it.
